Bayside Manor & Marina Vista Parks are getting an upgrade!

The City of Millbrae is upgrading both Bayside Manor and Marina Vista Parks to better serve the needs of the neighborhood and ensure the parks may be enjoyed for years to come.

(July 2025 update) - Marina Vista complete; Bayside Manor under construction

The renovation of Marina Vista Park and Playground is complete and held a grand opening celebration on February 8, 2025.
The park was also awarded APWA 2025 Project of the Year in the Parks category!

Bayside Manor Park went to bid in Spring 2025, with City Council awarding the contract to Suarez & Munoz.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Thursday, June 12 and completion is anticipated in early 2026.
